It's Competition Time here on meemalee's kitchen!
I'm dead excited as I've never had anything to give away before. It's not like any of you would want my collection of pointy-heeled shoes. Actually, you might, but you're not getting them. Weirdos.
I digress.
Anyway, how would you like the opportunity to come to the BBC Good Food Show in Birmingham next weekend?
In their own words:
"100s of Exhibitors will be gathering in the NEC to get you all prepared for a very foodie summer! Find products you can't buy on your high street and watch live cookery demonstrations from your favourite celebrity chefs such as James Martin and the Hairy Bikers. Plus don't forget your ticket to the BBC Summer Good Food Show also gives you entry to BBC Gardener's World Live! That's two Shows for the price of one!"
More excitingly than even that (I know, it seems impossible), you could take part in the MasterChef Live Experience:
Compete in the Invention Test where you'll have just 30 minutes to create a dish fit for the MasterChef judges in front of an audience! Winners including Dhruv Baker and Mat Follas, as well as 2010 finalists Tim Kinnaird and Alex Rushmer, will mentor you through the challenge, with the top 3 dishes going forward to the ultimate test - the tastebuds of John Torode and Gregg Wallace themselves ...
Join the MasterChef Masterclasses where you can hone your culinary skills with expert tuition from experts such as the fierce Monica Galetti, Nadia Sawalha, James Nathan or Thomasina Miers.
And visit the MasterChef Restaurant where you can enjoy a meal inspired by winning dishes including Dhruv's masala chai ice cream. Gold-leaf probably not included, mind.
Space is limited for all three of these and should be booked in advance here.
Obviously, I'm not going to miss out on this, what with being MasterChef's Biggest Fan (TM), though I expect I will spend most of my time hiding from John and Greggles.
Anyway - how can you join me? (it's okay, I'm not actually suggesting you join me and have to hang out with me, because that would be a drag).
Easy - answer this simple question:
"What would you cook for John and Gregg if you only had 30 minutes?"
Leave your answer, plus your email address or Twittername, as a comment below and you could win 2 tickets to the BBC Good Food Show in Birmingham valid any day 16-20 June.
Closing date Monday 14 June midday (so I can post them to you on time).
Good luck!

I wouldn't cook Asparagus, risotto or choc fondant, oh, or soup..
but I think grilled halibut wrapped in pancetta with chargrilled baby fennel and confit tomatoes might suit them.
Then collapse into a jelly for the dessert (heehee)
Oh. You want serious? Then something very #norfolkdiet natch. Stirfried crab and samphire spaghetti. Deeply, deeply yummy, like breathing in sea air. x

I'd probably go for a risotto of some description as its so often done badly.
@hellycopeland
I'd go for 'filet American', or easierly a Belgian steak tartare, served with a stack of chunky chips and homemade Mayo!
Awww - you're so lovely! Thank you :)

Anyway, I've used the precision technique of names out of a hat and Sarah aka @brays_cottage is the winner!

I've popped the tickets in the post for you - see you there xxx

A juicy sirloin steak grilled and a dash of peppercorn sauce added on top with some button mushrooms thats cooked with a little bit of butter and of course some chunky crispy chips to finish the dish
It's not exotic but boy is it tasty
